Our approach blends deep market research, digital engagement, and expert guidance to simplify real estate investing for our clients.Role Overview :- We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and social media marketing. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own end-to-end digital lead generation - from running ads to nurturing leads - in a fast-paced startup environment.- You ll manage and grow our digital presence, create and optimize ad campaigns (primarily on Facebook & Instagram), and build inbound funnels that generate high-quality leads for our sales team.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate quality leads- Develop content and creatives for social media posts, stories, and ads- Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn- Track and analyze campaign performance - optimize for cost per lead and ROI- Build and manage inbound funnels (from ad clicks to lead capture and nurturing)- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and qualification- Experiment with new ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and conversion- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, algorithms, and ad formatsSkills & Requirements- 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation-focused roles- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS)- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, etc.- Good copywriting sense and creative thinking- Self-driven, data-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and growth hacks- Prior exposure to real estate marketing is a plus (not mandatory)What You ll Get :- Opportunity to build digital marketing from the ground up in a fast-growing startup- Exposure to both digital and on-ground marketing strategies- Freedom to experiment and implement your ideas- Growth path to Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Manage (ref:updazz.com)
