Job Summary:The ideal candidate has to Lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth by managing the important client relationships and strategic accounts.Roles & Responsibilities:- Set and meet sales targets - Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.- Maintain and grow relationships with potential customers.- Lead, coach & guide the sales team to improve performance- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and present to management.- Support and mentor junior sales staff.Key Skills Required:- Strong communication & negotiation abilities.- Leadership & team- management skills- Customer- relationship management.- Self- motivated, result- oriented mindset.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
