We re Hiring - Inside Sales Team Lead | Chennai (Guindy)Are you a people-focused sales leader who thrives on driving performance and motivating a winning telesales team?Join IndiaFilings, one of India s fastest-growing fintech platforms, and take charge of a dynamic inside sales team!- Role: Inside Sales / Telesales Team Lead - Location: Guindy, Chennai - Salary: 5-6 LPA Incentives - Experience: 3 years in sales Teamlead Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.- Monitor team performance through reports - call quality, login time, lead conversion, and productivity.- Review and analyze sales metrics such as AHT, shrinkage, attrition, and conversion ratio.- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.- Ensure CRM hygiene - accurate lead updates, follow-ups, and closures.- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions to enhance individual and team output.- Coordinate with operations and HR for staffing, attendance, and performance management.- Drive a positive, energetic, and result-oriented sales culture within the team. Requirements:- Graduate (Any discipline).- 3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (loans, insurance, fintech, B2C, or service sales preferred).- At least 3 year of experience managing a telesales team.- Strong communication in English Hindi / Telugu / Tamil.- Good analytical, reporting, and people management skills.- Willing to work from office (Guindy, Chennai).
