• Advisory & Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for US-based consultants, demonstrating exceptional fluency in English.
• Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume calling to source, screen, and build relationships with IT professionals.
• Sales & Negotiation: Apply basic sales knowledge to negotiate rates and close placement deals.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize computer systems and MS Office to manage data and candidate pipelines effectively.
• Senior Role: Mentoring junior advisors and handling high-priority client requirements (Experience required for Senior level).

Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent/Fluent English (Verbal & Written) is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor s or Master s Degree (Any stream). Computer Diploma holders preferred.
• Skills: Strong calling skills, sales aptitude, and computer literacy.
