Job Description
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign data, identify performance trends, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven strategies that improve ROI across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates, TikTok, DSPs, Programmatic, and more.Key Responsibilities :- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data across multiple digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates, Legacy Channels, etc.).- Track key KPIs including CTR, CR, ROI, CAC, LTV, impressions, conversions, and revenue metrics.- Collaborate closely with and report to the AVP - Global Digital Marketing for campaign optimization and budget reallocation insights.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for Regional Digital Marketing Heads across Asia, Middle East, Africa, LATAM, and Europe.- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimization areas, risks, and performance gaps.- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modeling for marketing campaigns.- Partner with cross-functional teams: Business, Telecom Clients, Program Management, Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Finance.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across marketing performance reports.- Monitor competitor activities, performance benchmarks, and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :Technical & Analytical Skills :- Strong analytical ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio).- Solid understanding of major digital marketing channels - Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliates, TikTok, Video Ads.- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, GA4, AppsFlyer (preferred).- Knowledge of A/B testing, attribution modeling, user funnel analysis, and performance optimization.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Educational Qualification :BE/B.Tech or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.Experience :- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, digital analytics, or performance marketing.- Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, gaming, telecom, e-commerce, or SaaS is an added advantage.Work Model- Hybrid Work Model- Work-from-office required as per company s schedule.
