-The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in print production and advertising, with proficiency in leading design software and strong attention to detail.
-This role involves working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality visual solutions across print and digital platforms.Required Skills and Experience:- Strong expertise in Image Retouching, Artwork Finalization, Packaging Design, Colour Correction, and Adaptation.- Good knowledge of Prepress processes.- Hands-on experience in Advertising agencies, Print Production, or Print Media (outdoor, press ads, in-store, and innovative media).- Proficiency in major design tools:- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe InDesign- Adobe Acrobat Pro- CorelDRAW- Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work smoothly on both MAC and Windows operating systems.- Strong planning, execution, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.- Understanding of social, cultural, ethical, and legal aspects of design.Good to Have Qualifications:- Any degree/diploma related to Printing, Media Design and Graphic Designing is a plus.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on all design briefs, ensuring creative alignment and technical accuracy.- Perform colour correction, composition, adaptation, and image touch-ups for final outputs.- Prepare, design, and develop artwork for print media, including outdoor advertising, press ads, in-store branding, and innovative media solutions.- Create design layouts and original artwork for publications, displays, and related media.- Ensure final quality checks on all images and artworks before release.- Coordinate with print production teams to deliver pixel-perfect, print-ready files.- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
