Key Responsibilities:- To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through complimentary VIP passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.- To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events- Learning about the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event - Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone Database managementKey Requirements:- Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)- Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience Should possess excellent negotiation skills- Ability to perform consistently in a target oriented environment- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.- Previous experience in delegates sales for conferences & summits is preferred Needs to be self-motivated- Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential clients (ref:updazz.com)
