We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right courses, understanding academic goals, and making informed career decisions. The role involves counselling via phone, in-person, or online, maintaining student records, and supporting them through the admission process.Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and educational programs.
-Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
-Assist in enrolment processes and document verification.
-Maintain regular communication with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.Requirements: - Bachelor s degree (Education background preferred).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
