About the department
The Operations GBS unit will drive executional excellence and efficiency by focusing on all operations:related activities, including execution of marketed brands, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, commercial analytics, operational communications, customer fulfilment within commercial supply chain and sustainability.

The position
As a Quality Analyst: AEM, you will:
Ensure the highest quality of AEM webpage deliverables, managing multiple projects and last:minute requests with strong attention to detail. Conduct component testing, including test case reviews, execution of test runs, and verification of defect fixes for AEM components. Utilise tools like Browserstack to review webpage responsiveness and ensure alignment with design specifications. Document and communicate findings from the QA process to development teams and content authors.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.
- Manage defects, tasks, and project progress using JIRA and ADO ticket tracking tools.
- Verify webpage content, design, and functionality, including external links, social media redirects, and cookie consent prompts.
- Test functionalities such as radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, search features, and login/logout navigation.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, including colours, logos, and alt tag text for images.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor 's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
:
A minimum of 5:10 years of relevant experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally AEM.
:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within the AEM environment.
:
Strong grasp of AEM components, templates, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and workflows.
:
Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
:
Complete end to end System testing, Defect Identification and filing bugs in JIRA and WF applications and following up with developers/designers and retesting the bug area and whole application to ensure it is stable and bug free.

Experience in working with AEM, Figma, eWizard.
:
Experience in test case and scenarios creation and executing thereafter using UI specifications.

Must have skills: Web testing, Email testing, Basic HTML, CSS, JS.
