Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role for All Positions located in pan India. The leaders will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, develop effective sales strategies, and manage team performance to meet or exceed targets.
-Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports.
-The role also requires mentoring and training the sales team for consistent growth and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
