About the Role:WebAstral is looking for an experienced Senior BDE (Pre-Sales / IT Sales) to drive business growth, handle high-value clients, and lead pre-sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT sales, project bidding, and client handling for web development (PHP, Laravel) and digital marketing services.Skills: Client handling, pre-sales, IT sales, bid/proposal management for PHP, Laravel & Digital Marketing projects, lead generation, negotiation, and CRM management.Key Responsibilities:- Lead pre-sales activities and strategize for high-value client acquisition- Prepare, submit, and manage bids/proposals on projects related to PHP, Laravel, and Digital Marketing- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams- Handle end-to-end client communication, ensuring a smooth sales cycle- Mentor junior BDEs and support them in bid preparation and client follow-ups- Maintain CRM systems, track leads, and generate detailed sales reports- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets- Identify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation platforms, and referralsRequired Skills:- Client Handling Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and communicate solutions effectively- Bid/Proposal Management: Experienced in preparing and submitting proposals for PHP, Laravel, and Digital Marketing projects- Pre-Sales Expertise: Ability to translate client requirements into project solutions and coordinate with technical teams- IT Sales Knowledge: Understanding of web development, PHP, Laravel, and digital marketing (ref:updazz.com)
