Job Description
A Sales Coordinator is responsible for overseeing sales activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing necessary resources, maintaining sales materials, and ensuring that all sales representatives have up-to-date information and tools to perform their jobs effectively.
-Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Order Management: Process sales orders, verify accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to customers. This includes checking prices, discounts, and product availability.
-Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance sales performance.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance, helping to identify areas for improvement and strategizing for future sales initiatives.
-Training and Development: Assist in the training of new sales representatives and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet their sales goals. (ref:updazz.com)
