Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management :- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.Administrative Support :- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
-Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and documents.- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors if required.- Assist HR/Admin with basic documentation and data entry.- Support daily office operations and coordinate with different departments.Communication & Coordination :- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests/employees.- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth functioning.- Relay messages promptly to staff and follow up when necessary.
