We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can make calls to customers, explain our services, and help convert leads into sales. The role needs good communication, confidence, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to customers.
Explain the company s services in a simple and clear way.
Generate leads and identify interested customers. Sales & Follow-up
Give proper product/service information to customers.
Take follow-ups with warm leads.
Convert interested leads into sales. Customer Handling
Answer customer questions and clarify doubts.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls.
Build trust and good customer relationships. Daily Reporting
Update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
Report daily progress to the team leader. Skills Needed Good communication skills (Tamil/English)

Basic sales knowledge
