Job Description
Vatsin Technology Solutions Pvt. Role: Sales Executive (Fresher)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT solutions offered by Vatsin. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients. Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to address client queries. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Freshers welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. High energy, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset. Basic understanding of IT/software solutions (an added advantage but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
