Job Description
- Lead the launch and expansion of the new product portfolio in the assigned geography.- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through efficient market coverage.- Build and lead a high-performance FOS.- Ensure regular market visits, beat-wise coverage, and retail mapping.- Appoint and onboard distributors and sub-stockists in strategic locations.- Ensure optimal stock availability and streamline supply chain from depot to retail.- Monitor distributor ROI and health to ensure sustainable partnerships.- Resolve trade/channel issues promptly and maintain channel satisfaction.- Provide feedback on pricing, schemes, and competitor activities.- Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams for local BTL activations.- Timely reporting of sales, stock, coverage, and productivity metrics.- Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions for business improvement.- Achievement of sales volume and value targets.- Extensive travel within territory.Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.- Proven success in new product launches and territory management.Skills:- Strong business acumen and result orientation.- Excellent people management and leadership skills.- Deep understanding of rural and urban distribution networks.- Proficient in Excel, MIS tools, and CRM/SFA platforms.
