- Position : Team Lead- Loan Marketplace- Home Loan/LAP- Location : Bangalore- Experience : Min 2 years into Home Loan/LAP and 2 Years into team HandlingTeam and performance Management:- Lead, motivate, and manage a team handling of approximately 12 agents for Affordable Housing and Micro Lap- Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement and revenue targets- Monitor individual and team productivity, focusing on quality of client interactions and loan conversion rates.Training and coaching:- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity.- Well groomed on legal and Technical aspects of Property and able to coach the team on sameEscalation handling:- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionLoan process management:- Oversee end-to-end loan processing activities ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals, documentation, and disbursal in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.- Implement and enforce risk management practices to minimize defaults and maintain portfolio quality.Collaboration:- Collaborate with credit, compliance, teams to ensure smooth loan lifecycle management.- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency.Data Management:- Analyze loan data and generate regular reports on team performance, portfolio health, and market trends for senior management.Mandatory requirement:- Two wheeler, local candidate and knows Gold AppraisingWhat we re looking for:1.
