Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Executive - Social Media Marketing professional to manage influencer partnerships, brand activations, offline collaborations, and digital campaign execution. The role will also support social media management by coordinating with agencies and assisting the core content team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, activations, and digital brand building with agencies or FMCG brands.Key Responsibilities- Influencer & Collaboration Marketing (Primary)- Lead influencer marketing initiatives - strategy, selection, negotiations, and execution.- Manage barter-based influencer/nutritionist collaborations to drive authentic advocacy.- Track influencer content performance and provide insights to optimize partnerships.- Assist in integrated campaign executions involving influencers and brand partners.- Brand Activations & Events (Primary)- Ideate and execute corporate, gym, and community-level activations.- Explore and participate in offline FMCG/brand event opportunities.- Manage product sampling programs and placements to increase consumer trials.Drive on-ground brand activations that enhance brand visibility and recall.- Campaign Support & Execution (Primary)- Explore new avenues for product placements and brand visibility.- Social Media Support (Secondary)- Coordinate with social media agencies for BAU (business-as-usual) content & content calendars.- Assist the core social media team in campaign amplification and cross-platform consistency.- Monitor ORM (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, and other platforms) and share insights with the core team.- Support content requirements for influencer campaigns and activations.- Analytics & Reporting- Track performance of influencer campaigns, activations, and product placements.- Generate regular reports with actionable insights and learnings.- Present findings to senior management for decision-making.
