We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Export Executive with a strong background in the Bags, Leather, Sports, or Apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding international sales, handling export documentation, coordinating with clients and logistics teams, and ensuring the smooth and compliant overseas shipment of goods per global trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage international business opportunities in target markets.- Coordinate with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors to ensure the timely execution of orders.- Handle all pre- and post-shipment export documentation in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export laws and international trade practices.- Liaise with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality dispatch of orders.- Track and ensure timely payments from international clients.- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in overseas markets.- Prepare MIS reports related to export sales, shipments, and forecasts.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s degree (preferred in International Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in export operations, preferably in Bags, Leather, or Apparel sector.- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export documentation, and shipping procedures.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.- Ability to travel internationally if required.- Must be well-versed in handling global clients and managing export orders end-to-end (ref:updazz.com)
