Location: -Amravati , Maharashtra Job Type: On Roll Job Description We are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential agents for recruitment.
-Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents.
-Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
-Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
-Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualification & Experience: - Graduation (Any stream) - Mandatory - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
-Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
-Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
