Key Responsibilities:1. -Consultation and Guidance-:- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and aspirations.- Provide expert advice on study destinations, courses, and universities that align with the students educational and career objectives.2. -Application Support-:- Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.- Guide students in writing personal statements, CVs, and preparing for interviews.3. -Visa Assistance-:- Provide information on student visa requirements and processes for various countries.- Assist with the visa application process, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulations.4. -Information Sessions and Workshops-:- Organize and conduct workshops and information sessions to educate students about studying abroad, including topics like scholarships, cultural adaptation, and living abroad.5. -Market Research-:- Stay updated on trends in the education sector, including changes in visa regulations, new courses, and university rankings.- Research and maintain knowledge of potential universities and programs to better assist students.6. -Relationship Management-:- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad.- Network with educational agents, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance the consultation process.7. -Follow-Up and Support-:- Provide ongoing support to students during their application process and after placement, including pre-departure briefings.- Handle queries and concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.8. -Documentation and Record Keeping-:- Maintain detailed records of student consultations, applications, and follow-ups.- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in education, counselling, or a related field.- Prior experience in education consulting or student counselling is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of the study abroad process, including visa requirements and application procedures.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.Personal Qualities:- Empathetic and student-focused attitude.- High level of organization and attention to detail.- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter highlighting relevant experiences and motivations for joining the team to (ref:updazz.com)
