Job descriptionResponsibility- Seek critical information from Customers to understand the requirement on laid out parameters via an outbound calling- Call School, Parents,tutors & Coaching Institutes to seek critical information on laid out parameters- Help Customers over call & email to enable tools for Web presence & efficient admissions management - Proven experience as a Outbound calling Executive or relevant role-Search the Internet to Find Information about Coaching Institutes, Tutors & Tuition seekers- Entering the information in CRM.- Liasoning and maintaining relationship with internal and external customers.- Coordination between the customer and in house counselling team.Requirements- Excellent Communication Skills, Good Telephonic skills and etiquette- Atleast 2 years of Experience in working in similar role. Freshers are welcome- Quick Learner- Zeal to Learn and Perform- Flair to calling as the job involves extensive calling.- BPO / Customer service experience shall be an added advantage.- Spoken English & any of the vernacular is mandatoryLogistics1.
