Personal Assistant / Operations Assistant

We are hiring a smart, responsible Personal Assistant who can support both personal and business activities. The role includes building/office maintenance coordination, handling day-to-day tasks, and assisting with e-commerce work like product listing.
Candidate should also have basic experience using AI tools for productivity. This is not remote you must work from our office environment daily. Responsibilities Personal & Admin Tasks

• Coordinate office building maintenance work
• Follow up with vendors, workers, electricians, plumbers, etc.
• Handle daily personal tasks, errands, and document organization

Business Support

• Assist with e-commerce activities (Amazon, ebay,& etc.)
• Product listing, description updates, uploading images
• Prepare simple Excel/Google Sheets
• Help with daily business operations and follow-ups
• Conduct basic online research

AI Tools Usage

• Ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, image-editing AI tools, etc.
• Create simple content, summaries, product descriptions using AI
• Use AI-driven tools to improve productivity and listings

Skills Required

• 1 3 years experience in admin, operations, PA, or e-commerce roles
• Basic e-commerce platform knowledge (listing, uploads, inventory)
• Good computer skills: Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp, file handling
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Replit AI, etc.)
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Trustworthy, organized, and a quick learner

Qualification

• Any degree (UG)
• Freshers with strong learning ability can apply
