Job Description
- Position: Team Leader - Real Estate- Location: Bangalore- Experience: 3-6 years (minimum 1 year managing a team)- CTC: - 6.6 LPA - 8.4 LPA Lucrative Team IncentivesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Team Leader to lead our Bangalore sales team. The role is ideal for a dynamic real estate sales professional capable of leading teams, driving high-value deal closures, and achieving aggressive monthly revenue targets.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Associate Managers.- Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent high-value closures.- Manage the complete sales cycle: pitch, site visits, negotiations, and conversions.- Personally handle key HNI clients and strategic accounts.- Train and upskill the team on CRM usage, product knowledge, and client handling.- Collaborate with top real estate developers for updated pricing, inventory, and marketing support.- Track team performance, KPIs, and ensure CRM hygiene and discipline.- Build a competitive, high-energy, and results-driven team culture.Required Qualifications & Experience- 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in team management.- Proven track record of closing high-value residential deals.- Strong understanding of Bangalore s premium residential market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.Compensation- Fixed Salary: - 55,000 - 70,000 per month- Annual CTC: - 6.6 LPA - 8.4 LPA- Incentives: Lucrative team-based performance incentives (ref:updazz.com)
