Manager - Business Development - Financial Services (7-10 Yrs) Madurai/Tamil Nadu (BFSI Sales)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Build PMS business in a state through branches and branch associates in order to maximize the engagement with HNIs.
-Reach out to HNI Clients of branches with the support of branch team and focus on building PMS book.
-Provide appropriate handholding and support with training and guidance to ensure that branch staff are fully equipped with knowledge, and they stay updated.
-Identify and prospect potential high net-worth clients and institutional investors.
-Source and handle new third-party distributors for PMA.
-Present and explain PMS offerings, investment strategies, and benefits to clients.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
-Act as the primary point of contact for the branch team/(HNI) clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and investment goals.
-Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure alignment with client objectives.
-Proactively communicate market updates, investment insights, and portfolio recommendations to clients.
-Monitor client portfolios and investment performance regularly.
-Generate and present detailed reports on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk analysis to clients.
-Collaborate with fund team and research analysts and advisors to optimize portfolio strategies based on market trends and client preferences.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies are adhered to while managing client portfolios.
-Educate clients on risk factors associated with investment products and tailor strategies accordingly.
-Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, trust, and transparency.
-Identify opportunities for upselling additional investment products or services based on client needs and preferences.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and exceed client expectations. Personnel Specification:- Education Bachelor s/master s degree from an accredited college or university.
