Required Outlet Supervisor - Delhi

Key Responsibilities & & & & & & & & Supervise day-to-day operations at assigned Oasis Baklawa outlet. & & & & & & & & Manage counter boys, housekeeping, and support staff. & & & & & & & & Ensure top-quality customer service and resolve customer issues politely. & & & & & & & & Maintain product display, freshness, and hygiene as per brand standards. & & & & & & & & Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for stock replenishment. & & & & & & & & Monitor inventory, prevent wastage, and ensure accurate stock reporting. & & & & & & & & Handle billing, POS operations, cash counting, and end-of-day reports. & & & & & & & & Maintain outlet cleanliness following FSSAI norms. & & & & & & & & Train staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer handling. & & & & & & & & Handle attendance, miss-punch issues, and staff discipline. & & & & & & & & Send daily sales updates, stock updates, and staff status to Head Office. Skills & Qualifications & & & & & & & & 3 6 years experience in retail/food/sweet shop outlet supervision. & & & & & & & & Strong communication and team-handling skills. & & & & & & & & Knows POS/billing systems and basic Excel. & & & & & & & & Ability to handle rush hours and solve on-spot problems. & & & & & & & & Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.
