As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive our growth in the critical Delhi region.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets, expand our market presence, and strengthen our brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel, and prior experience in the Beverages and Food industries is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales & Business Development:- Develop and implement a robust regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Delhi region.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the QSR channel, modern trade, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and institutional sales.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.Channel Management & Distribution:- Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor management.- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising across all points of sale.- Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions to address gaps.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.- Organize training programs to enhance the team s product knowledge and selling skills.Market Intelligence & Analysis:- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to the senior management.Operational Excellence:- Ensure adherence to company policies, trade schemes, and hygiene standards across the region.- Manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.Required Qualifications & Experience- Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution.Experience:- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in a regional management role.- Mandatory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.- Strong preference for candidates with background in the Beverages and/or Food FMCG industries.- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market.Required Skills & Competencies- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the QSR landscape, distribution networks, and route-to-market strategies in the FMCG/Food & Beverage sector.- Leadership: Exceptional team management and people development skills.- Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.- Analytical Abilities: Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Drive & Resilience: A self-starter with a high level of initiative, energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What We Offer- A competitive compensation package with a performance-linked incentive structure.- A pivotal leadership role in a high-growth, beloved brand.- A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.- Significant opportunities for career advancement.
