Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team.
-The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests.
-The Business Development Executive will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals and values.Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation- Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targetsQualifications:- Bachelor s degree in a related field- 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management- Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with Upwork- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment (ref:updazz.com)
