Also, should have good knowledge of Furnishing and Furniture.- Superior product knowledge.- Achieving established targets.- Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.- Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.- Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.Knowledge and Skills:- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.- Behavioral Competencies: - Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.- Outgoing, Charismatic, Enthusiastic, Expressive, dominates conversations.- Active, fast paced, strong willed, determined, goal oriented, Logical and decisive.
