What you 'll build

You will deliver high:quality daily operations by achieving KPIs/SLA commitments and ensuring consistent service excellence.

You will provide advanced support for Linux/Windows and infrastructure environments, leveraging automation to improve stability and efficiency.

You will enhance high:availability environments by optimizing Pacemaker clusters and resolving architectural or design issues.
:
Your work will directly impact safeguarding system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident management, and comprehensive root:cause analysis.

You will be responsible to drive cross:team collaboration to improve operational workflows and standardize processes.
:
You will lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives that reduce customer pain points and strengthen overall service delivery.

You will manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction. Also perform a thorough root cause analyses and deliver corrective and preventive action plans for outages and performance issues.
What you 'll bring

10 years of advanced Linux (RedHat/SUSE) administration experience, along with strong troubleshooting skills and hands:on expertise in Pacemaker:based high:availability clustering.

Solid cloud operations experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP, supported by strong networking knowledge and a sound understanding of IT security and OS hardening.
:
Strong scripting and automation capabilities (Shell, Python, Perl, Go, Ansible, Chef) that help streamline large:scale server operations.
:
You bring proven problem:management and RCA expertise, enabling you to enhance system reliability and drive continuous operational improvement.
