Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to generate interest.
  • Convert leads into sales through strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Follow up with warm leads and handle customer queries professionally.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
