Required Admission Counsellor - Rourkela

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Admission Counselor to guide and support prospective students through the enrollment process for& university programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their needs, and helping them select the right courses, while ensuring smooth admissions coordination with the universities. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings regarding programs offered by Universities. Understand student requirements, provide accurate program information, and assist in selecting the right course based on their academic background and career goals. Follow up with leads generated via marketing and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the application and admission processes for both universities. Assist students in completing the admission formalities including document collection, fee submission, and application tracking. Regularly update and manage student information in the CRM system. Coordinate with university admission teams to ensure timely processing of applications and resolve any issues. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. Stay updated with new courses, changes in admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities offered by both universities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor 's degree in any discipline (Master s preferred). 0-1 years of experience in student counseling or education sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and match student profiles with the right university program. Target-oriented with a sales mindset and customer-centric approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
