Retail Trainer (1-5 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Sales Management)

Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for retail store staff. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving employee performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales through effective training initiatives and continuous development programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery : Conduct regular classroom and on-the-floor training sessions for retail teams on sales techniques, customer service excellence, product knowledge, and store operations.Onboarding : Deliver induction and orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.Content Development : Design and develop training materials, modules, manuals, SOPs, and presentations tailored to retail operations.Refresher Training : Conduct refresher and skill enhancement sessions to reinforce learning and maintain consistent execution across stores.New Store Launch Support : Assist in training and onboarding staff for new store openings to ensure operational readiness.Performance Monitoring : Evaluate employee performance on the shop floor, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.Reporting : Track and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and performance metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with HR, Store Managers, and Operations Teams to align training objectives with business goals.Qualifications & Skills- Graduate / Postgraduate in Retail Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.- 1-5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or in a similar learning & development role within the Retail industry.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire retail staff across multiple levels.- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service standards, and sales processes.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital learning tools.
