Job Description:- To lead the team for a Category or zone & review the work as per the process by giving feedbacks & analysis on store business.- To plan merchandising base on season & last year performance. Need to analyzes sales data of current & last year trend to forecast the future demand. Need to build strategies to maximize the sale. Organizational Skills : Being highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions. Problem-solving Skills : Identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution. (ref:updazz.com)
