Key Responsibilities:- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, skills, and educational background.- Assist students in identifying suitable IT courses and career paths aligned with their interests and market demand.- Provide expert advice on industry trends, job roles, and required technical skills.- Create personalized learning and career roadmaps for students.- Explain IT training programs, certifications, and learning paths to prospective students.- Assist students in the enrollment process and track their progress throughout the program.- Conduct workshops and sessions on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job interview preparation.- Conduct mock interviews to boost students confidence for technical rounds.- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies to understand hiring requirements.- Assist in placing students in internships, projects, and full-time employment opportunities.- Stay updated with emerging IT technologies and job roles to align course offerings with market needs.- Track student attendance, course progress, and skill development.
