Job Description
- Title: B2B Sales Manager- Budget: 12-15LPA.
-Location: Gurgaon but online interviews are permitted.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
-Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets.- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Soft Skills:- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues is essential for business development success.
-Business development professionals need to be adept at identifying and solving problems, whether it s overcoming objections from clients or finding creative solutions to challenges.Technical Skills:- Understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs is essential for identifying business opportunities and developing effective strategies.- Developing long-term business development plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives is critical for sustainable growth.
