Nagar) | Hybrid# About the roleJoin a growing team supporting outreach and lead-generation for IT, Cloud, and Higher Education verticals. This role combines back-office operations with proactive outreach to validate, nurture, and hand off qualified leads. Training will be provided where required to help you succeed.# Key responsibilitiesBack-office support: database upkeep, list building, data hygiene, and CRM updates.Lead management: intake, qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.Outreach execution: outbound calling, email sequences, and basic messaging scripts.Validation: verify lead details, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.Reporting: maintain daily/weekly activity logs and outcome reports.Social media support (optional): basic posting, monitoring, and outreach on select channels.Ideal candidate profile- Based in Bengaluru and available for an in- person interview at J. P. Nagar.- Willing to work in a hybrid model (on-site remote as scheduled).- 1-3 years of experience in outreach/inside sales/lead gen; motivated freshers who can join immediately in Bengaluru are welcome to apply.- Graduate/Master s with excellent spoken and written communication skills.- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.- Organized, detail- oriented, comfortable with targets and structured reporting.- Basic familiarity with CRM/spreadsheets; willingness to learn new tools.
