Education Counsellor - International Vertical (2-5 Yrs) Noida (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:Admissions & Application Processing:- Evaluate and process applications from prospective students in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh for various USA universities and programs.- Assess academic credentials in alignment with USA admissions criteria (e.g., Application requirements, English language proficiency requirements such as IELTS/DET/PTE/TOEFL).- Guide applicants through the documentation process, including transcripts, personal statements, recommendation letters, and visa-related materials.- Must be proficient in student counselling (as required) and possess a thorough understanding of the end-to-end USA student visa process, experience in the B2B segment is a plus.Student Support & Conversion:- Build strong networks with educational institutions, agents, and counselors- Assist the University Operations Officer (USA Team) with report preparation, presentation development, marketing activities and other resource-related tasks.- Provide comprehensive pre-application and post-application support to students and their families.- Follow up with leads and applicants to maximize conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.- Assist with pre-departure briefings and onboarding for admitted students heading to the USA.
