We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to talk to clients over phone, explain our services, generate leads, and help convert them into sales.Roles & Responsibilities:- Call potential clients daily and explain our PhD assistance services.- Generate new leads from calls, messages, and follow-ups.- Understand client needs and suggest suitable services.- Maintain a follow-up list and convert warm leads into hot leads.- Build trust and maintain good relationships with clients.- Reach monthly sales and lead generation targets.- Update daily call reports and lead status.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.Skills Required:- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).- Confident in cold calling and convincing clients.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).- Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-focused.- Ability to handle client objections politely.Salary: Attractive salary High incentives for performance.
