Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Field Sales Executive , you will play a key role in driving retail and B2B growth by ensuring company s products are well-stocked, visible, and actively sold across various retail and institutional channels.Location: Hyderabad (with potential expansion to other cities)Experience: 0-2 years (FMCG/Retail Sales experience preferred)Key Responsibilities- Visit and manage retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, and potential partner outlets to ensure product placement and visibility.- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers.- Ensure proper display of company s products, standees, and other in-store branding materials.- Track and ensure regular stock replenishment at each outlet.- Execute and monitor local promotional activities, sampling, and brand activations.- Generate daily and weekly sales reports and share field insights with the management team.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company s growth objectives.- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sales will be an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
