Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager - Working Capital with a solid background in the banking industry, managing SME/business clients financing requirements. The ideal candidate should be currently working in a bank (or have recent banking experience) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in handling products such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Term Loans, Business Loans, and Secured Loans.The role demands strong client acquisition and portfolio management skills, along with sound credit appraisal knowledge and compliance adherence.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/business clients requiring working capital and term finance products.2. Source new clients and expand lending relationships primarily in working capital products (CC, OD) and term loans (secured and unsecured). 3. Conduct detailed credit assessments, including financial analysis of banking statements, tax returns, GST, and collateral documentation.4. Prepare and present credit proposals to internal credit committees in coordination with credit teams.5. Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and take corrective actions to mitigate risk.6. Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.7. Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.8. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and business advisory.Candidate Profile:1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking sector (corporate, SME, or business banking)2.
