As a Voice Process Executive in Digit Insurance you will: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide assistance regarding insurance policies, claims, renewals, and related services.- This role involves delivering excellent customer support, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for policyholders.- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding insurance products (health, motor, travel, etc.).- Assist customers with policy details, claim status, premium payments, and renewal processes.- Provide accurate information about Digit Insurance products and services.- Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.- Maintain call quality, compliance, and data confidentiality as per company standards.- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.- Ensure high customer satisfaction (ref:updazz.com)
