Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Work from Home Weekly Office Visit (Location: Thane, Manpada, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for female candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. While the position is primarily work-from-home, candidates are required to visit the office once a week for meetings and team collaboration.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.- Explain product/service features clearly and confidently to prospective customers.- Maintain client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups for conversions.- Collaborate with the sales team during weekly office visits to align on targets and strategies.- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.Requirements- Female candidates only.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.- Prior experience in inside sales/tele calling is an advantage, but fresher with strong communication skills are welcome.Perks & Benefits- Flexible work-from-home with weekly office interaction.- Salary Incentives based on performance.- Training and mentorship for skill development.- Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and supportive team.
