Dcodetech - Admission Counselor (1-3 Yrs) Thane/Navi Mumbai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, admission procedures, and eligibility.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries for admissions.- Follow up with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into admissions.- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.- Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/system.- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events.- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.- Meet individual and team admission targets within deadlines.- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.Key Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- Strong convincing and presentation skills.- Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools.- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as per location preference).Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s degree in any field (Education/Management/Marketing preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).- Experience in the education sector or EdTech will be an added advantage.
