Job Summary:We are seeking a high-performing Direct Sales Manager to lead and drive frontline sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of field executives, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring revenue target achieved.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to increase market penetration.- Identify potential markets, customer segments, and areas for expansion.- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for higher productivity and performance.- Monitor daily field activity and ensure strict adherence is followed.- Generate leads and convert prospects through on-ground visits, referrals, and events.- Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
