Telesales Role - BFSI (1-4 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining company products/services, generating sales, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong sales mindset. Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.- Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.- Follow up with leads to build long-term relationships.- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.- Work closely with the sales team and report progress to the manager.
