Roles & Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received through phone calls, emails, and digital channels, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information about Eco Bloc solutions.- Provide comprehensive explanations of Eco Bloc product features, technical advantages, installation methodologies, and suitable application scenarios to perspective clients.- Record and document all client requirements, site details, and key expectations with precision, maintaining clear communication records for effective internal coordination.- Collaborate proactively with the engineering and technical teams to evaluate client needs and develop tailored rainwater harvesting solutions that address site-specific challenges.- Draft and send initial proposal emails to prospective clients, support the preparation of detailed quotations, and follow up consistently to drive the conversion of leads into confirmed project orders.- Maintain and update a detailed log of all sales leads, ongoing follow-ups, and conversion outcomes using CRM or designated sales tracking tools, enabling clear visibility of the sales pipeline.- Deliver after-sales support by addressing client queries, coordinating installation or service issues, and ensuring customers are satisfied with the delivered solution throughout the project lifecycle.- Actively participate in product awareness campaigns, sales presentations, and client education sessions, contributing to the broader promotion of Eco Bloc RWH systems and the development of strong customer relationships (ref:updazz.com)
