Raniwala - Consultant - Jewellery Sales (2-7 Yrs) Delhi NCR (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our Delhi store. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fine jewellery (especially Polki, Diamond, and Bridal), an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create a luxury experience for our clients. This role involves direct client interaction, styling guidance, and sales responsibility, with a focus on building long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Greet walk-in clients and provide personalized consultations to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget.- Educate clients on various jewellery types, including Polki, Diamond, Gold, Jadau, and Color Stone pieces.- Offer styling advice based on occasions - weddings, gifting, festivals, etc.- Drive boutique sales through excellent client servicing and relationship management.- Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-ups for visits, product launches, and festive communication.- Coordinate with the design and backend team for any customisation or made-to-order requirements.- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are always in line with brand aesthetics.- Maintain hygiene of inventory - tagging, barcode checks, and product handling.
-Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to better guide clients.Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales.- Strong product knowledge in fine Indian jewellery, especially bridal and polki.- Fluent in English and Hindi; any additional local language is a plus.- Well-groomed with a professional and warm personality.- Comfortable working in a high-end, client-facing environment.- Familiarity with POS software, client management tools, and basic MS Excel.
