Job Description
- Position: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)- Experience Level: 1yrs to 2 years- Package: up to 4.8 LPA- Location: Gota, S.G. Highway, AhmedabadKey Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales-related platforms.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.- Generate leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and close deals to achieve sales targets.- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients based on their requirements.- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify areas for business growth.- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery and ensure client expectations are met.Key Requirements:- Proven experience in IT sales, specifically on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant sales channels.- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (must have schooling from an English medium).- Good convincing power and ability to engage and close deals with potential clients.- Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and the technology industry is essential.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growth.- Education: A bachelor s degree or equivalent from an English medium school (preferred).
