Position Title: Team Leader (Australian Process)Location: South Delhi, SaketSalary: Up to - 40,000 per monthShift Timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PMCab Facilities: One side cab (Pickup)No of Days working: 5.5 Days, Every Saturday Half Day and Sunday fixed offJob Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader (TL) with international process experience to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Only candidates who have previously worked as a Team Leader (TL) in international operations (US/UK/AUS) will be considered.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.- Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to meet company standards.- Act as the first point of escalation for any client or team-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.- Ensure that the team operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Drive team engagement through regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and recognition programs.- Liaise with other departments and leadership teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.- Prepare and present team performance reports to management on a regular basiRequirements:- Previous experience working as a Team Leader (TL) in international process or BPO operations is a must.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage a team, handles performance issues, and ensures consistent achievement of targets.- Experience in handling lead generation/sales operations, inbound/outbound processes, or similar environments.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results.- Candidates must be willing to work in a 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift.- Candidates must reside in West Delhi or South Delhi (Hiring zones only).Desired Skills:- Previous experience in handling international clients or processes.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Only candidates from West Delhi and South Delhi will be considered for this role.
